Ver-mo di Torino Vermouth

ITALY (ABV 17%) 750ml

Vermouth di Torino but influenced by Spanish vermouth-making techniques. A rosso but with emphasis on lifted, freshening botanicals such as lemon, ginger, mint, white pepper, and aloe, alongside more traditional notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and orange. A wine base comprised of 100% Trebbiano lifts the vermouth with a strong line of acidity. Can be used as a rosso in any classic cocktail, or served on ice with tonic. We recommend expressing a zest of lemon to emphasis the freshness.
