St Petroni Vermut Bianco

An artisanal Galician white vermouth created using a maceration of Pimento and Wormwood, plus 26 other local wild botanicals and local vine aged grapes for the wine base.

Peppers are sourced from the D.O.P Herbón and Padrón and are blended with unique know-how in order to express the typicality of the grape and the frankness of the botanics.

Pale yellow with greenish highlights. Aromas of wormwood, laurel, and pepper from the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Padrón pepper. Marked varietal character with very fresh mineral, citrus, and herbaceous notes. Powerful acidity, structured, and pleasantly smooth.

Aftertaste with sweet and spicy notes.
