In Torino, Salvia & Limone is traditionally enjoyed like Limoncello, served chilled after dinner. However, with Italy’s cocktail revolution, it’s become a fun twist on cocktails, both stirred and shaken.  The star ingredients are sage and lemon, infusing local herbs and botanicals from Torino with neutral grain spirit.  Carlo Alberto provides the technical infusion.  This versatile liqueur can be savoured on its own or incorporated into your favourite cocktail recipes.
