Description:

Hand-harvested on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, at the edge of the Namib Desert in Namibia, this rare salt appears as natural white pearls with a raw, mineral beauty. Slowly dried by the sun and sea winds, these salt pearls are of exceptional purity, unrefined and rich in trace elements.

Thanks to their solid structure, the larger pearls are perfectly suited for a salt mill.

Usage advice:

With its unique crunchy-pearl texture and natural purity, Namib salt is ideal as a finishing salt. It is used just before serving to add both an elegant visual touch and a delicate crunch.

It enhances grilled meats, roasted vegetables, eggs, as well as fresh salads, carpaccios and mild cheeses. Its crystalline structure melts slowly in the mouth, offering an interesting contrast between texture and saline intensity.

Gourmet surprise: it reveals its full potential on desserts such as chocolate mousse, salted butter caramel or fruit tart, where its mineral crunch balances sweet flavors.

To be sprinkled directly or lightly crushed depending on the desired effect, it is a characterful salt that highlights the simplicity of good ingredients.
