With a 2000 year history, the city of Palma hosts the bespoke 500L copper pot still where Palma Gin was founded and created. Distilled using locally foraged wild flowers and fresh citrus fruit from Mallorca's rural orchards, Palma Gin is produced in the thriving hub of the island's capital.

The unique core flavour comes from the Mallorcan juniper berries, capturing the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea. The result is a fresh, dry, citrus infused gin with a perfectly smooth finish, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle.
