Outlandish Claims Bitters

AUSTRALIA, NSW (ABV 18%) 750ml

Made by Ravensworth under the helm of Bryan Martin (former Clonakilla winemaker). Small batch bitter based on Hilltops Nebbiolo (which in it's own right is garnering quite a following).

The wine base for this bitter tonic undergoes an epic 5 years barrique, before fortification and maceration with a thoughful medley of dried blood orange, native quandong plum, cinchona, coriander, juniper and tarragon to create a very smart drinking bitter.
