Tasting note: Translucent alizarin red with light crimson edges. Bright and fresh aromas of grapefruit, rhubarb, sage, bay leaf and cardamom following through with gently bitter flavours of fresh red grapes, Summer pudding, gentian, incense and a warming, mildly tannic, bone dry finish.
