Carlo Alberto Riserva Extra Dry

The Vermouth Carlo Alberto is a truly unique product.  Its exceptional quality stems from its special ingredients, traditional processes, expert knowledge and meticulous production. The current recipe pays homage to 1837, when Tumalin Bartolomé Baracco de Baracho established the foundation for the aperitif wine. This was then crafted by the king’s court cook.

 

The Carlo Alberto Riserva is a standout, crafted with two Piedmontese DOCG wines: Moscato d’Asti and Erbaluce di Caluso.  The bottle’s design draws inspiration from Turin architecture, featuring the Palazzo Madama in the centre, Art Nouveau elements in the upper section and the Gran Madre di Torino’s columns in the lower part.  Each botanicals used is carefully selected and collected to create a harmonious blend.

 

The Extra Dry version is the driest yet retains its softness and lightness, beautifully highlighting the harmony of all herbs. It’s dry yet delicate, with almond and herbal aromas.
