Noine Occitan Juniper has been distilled by the historic Bordiga distillery since 1888. The wild juniper berries in the gin are hand-picked in the valleys of the Alps of Piedmont, where the mountains meet the sea. This unique environment makes the botanicals grow rich in essentials oils and fragrances. In these valleys, the locals still speak the ancient Occitan language, used since the 10th century.
