Founded in 1888 by Pietro Bordiga, this producer still forages wild herbs from their alpine neighbourhood and produce their spirit on a traditional wood-fired Alembic still. St Hubertus, the patron saint of hunters. Refined liqueur historically produced by Cav. Peter Bordiga using pure Cinchona bark, skilfully mixed with other medicinal herbs. Delicious as after a meal, invigorating if enjoyed hot.
