Bordiga Amaro St Hubertus

Founded in 1888 by Pietro Bordiga, this producer still forages wild herbs from their alpine neighbourhood and produce their spirit on a traditional wood-fired Alembic still. St Hubertus, the patron saint of hunters. This amaro has a dark amber colour, pronounced notes of ripe fruits, sweet spices, dried mountain herbs and florals, and a complexing hint of Fernet on the finish.
