Founded in 1888 by Pietro Bordiga, this producer still forages wild herbs from their alpine neighbourhood and produce their spirit on a traditional wood-fired Alembic still. Chiot is a mountain amaro with notes of mint, genepy, red liquorice, yarrow and black currant.
