Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

The Ancho Chiles used to make Ancho Reyes Original are hand-picked when they are perfectly ripe, then sun-dried while being hand-turned, to dry and intensify their flavour. This results in a taste that is rich, warm, spicy and sweet.

Ancho Reyes Original is handcrafted using only the highest-quality sun-dried chiles.

Once ready, the chiles are collected and sent to our facility to be macerated for 6 months.

Each bottle of Ancho Reyes Original liqueur is then hand labeled and bottled, one by one.

With its rich, smoky and sweet flavour, Ancho Reyes Original is something we use in lots of our own cocktails.
