Amaro Amara is produced in the traditional way, with a strong Sicilian identity. An infusion of the best  “Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP” orange peel and wild herbs sourced from Mt Etna is made and combined with local spring water. The result is a balanced liqueur that is sweet and bitter with intense aromas of citrus fruits and orange blossom that is quintessentially Sicilian.
