Locally produced here in the Macedon Ranges, Gindu aims to distill (no pun in intended) the essence of the Australian landscape into expressions of gin. In their Coastal Gun, expect to see sunrise lime and rainforest lychee complement the savoury notes of coastal rosemary and saltbush. A light pepper finish combines to create a memorable gin. Currently featured on our menu in the Botanik Negroni.
